Extremity, Disarticulation Tongue/Tonsil-Resection for Tumor
Larynx, Partial/Total Resection-With Regional Lymph Nodes Urinary Bladder, Partial/Total Resection
Lung-Total/Lobe/Segment Resection Uterus, With or Without Tubes and Ovaries, Neoplastic (Excluding Leiomyomas)
Pancreas, Total/Subtotal Resection
