Specimen Volume: 6 inches umbilical cord tissue

Collection Instructions:

After collection, the sealed kit is delived to the laboratory for shipment by FedEx to USDTL.

 

Note:  Testing cannot be performed on formalin-fixed specimens or added after delivery of the specimen to Histology.

Collected specimens should be refrigerated until time of shipment to USDTL.

Turn-around-time is 24 to 72 hours upon receipt by USDTL.
