Reference Values

Total Phenytoin (Dilantin):

Therapeutic concentration: 10-20 ug/ml

Toxic Concentration (automatic call-back): > 30ug/ml

 

Free Phenytoin (Dilantin):

Therapeutic concentration: 1.0-2.0 ug/ml

Toxic concentration (automatic call-back): > 2.5 ug/ml
