Useful for evaluating patients suspected of having celiac disease, including patients with compatible symptoms, patients with atypical symptoms, and individuals at increased risk.
Panel Includes: Immunoglobulin A, tissue transglutaminase (tTg) IgG antibody, tissue transglutaminase (tTg) IgA antibody, gliadin (deamidated) IgG antibody, and gliadin (deamidated) IgA antibody.

Specimen Requirements
Specimen Type: Serum
Container/Tube: Gold top (SST) & Red top (Serum & No Additive)
Specimen Volume: 2 mL
Specimen Minimum Volume: 0.5 mL
Collection Instructions: Label specimen appropriately (serum).
If collecting using a red top with no gel separator, the serum must be removed within 1 hour of collection.
Specimen Transport Temperature
Refrigerated if testing will be completed within 48 hours.
Frozen and removed from gel if testing will not be completed within 48 hours.

0-3 months: 1-34 mg/dL
>3 months - 1 year: 8-91 mg/dL
>1 year - 12 years: 21-291 mg/dL
>12 years - 60 years: 63-484 mg/dL
>60 years: 101 - 645 mg/dL
Gliadin (Deamidated) Antibodies IgG and IgA:
Negative: <7 U/mL
Equivocal: 7-10 U/mL
Positive: 10 U/mL
Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) Antibody IgG and IgA:
Negative: <7 U/mL
Equivocal: 7-10 U/mL
Positive: >10 U/mL
