Useful for evaluating patients suspected of having celiac disease, including patients with compatible symptoms, patients with atypical symptoms, and individuals at increased risk .
Test includes IgA, tissue transglutaminase (tTg) IgG antibody,tissue transglutaminase (tTg) IgA antibody, gliadin (deamidated) IgG antibody, and gliadin (deamidated) IgA antibody.

Refrigerated ( serum removed within 8 hours and testing will be performed in less than 48 hours).

0-3 months: 1-34 mg/dl
>3 months - 1 year: 8-91 mg/dl
>1 year - 12 years: 21-291 mg/dl
>12 years - 60 years: 63-484 mg/dl
>60 years: 101 - 645 mg/dl

Negative: (<7 U/ml)
