0-7 days: 1.4-2.7 mg/dL

7-30 days: 1.7-2.4 mg/dL

1-24 months: 1.6-2.6 mg/dL

2-6 years: 1.5-2.4 mg/dL

10-14 years: 1.6-2.2 mg/dL

>14 years: 1.8-2.6 mg/dL
