Specimen Type: Serum

Container/Tube:

Preferred:  Serum gel (Gold/SST) or plain red top

Acceptable: Na Heparin Plasma (label speceimen appropriately)  NO Lithium Heparin

Specimen Volume: 1 mL

Specimen Minimum Volume:  0.25 ml

 

Collection Instructions: Draw blood just prior to next dose.
