Acceptable: Serum(Red top, Gold /SST), or Na Heparin plasma (label specimen appropriately)

0-8 days: 7.5-11.5 mg/dL

8-31 days: 8.3-11.8 mg/dL

31-90 days: 8.2-11.4 mg/dL

91-180 days: 8.0-11.5 mg/dL

181 days-1 year: 7.9-11.1 mg/dL

1-4 years: 8.4-9.9 mg/dL

4-12 years: 8.5-10.1 mg/dL

12-14 years: 8.5-10.7 mg/dL

14-16 years: 8.9-10.8 mg/dL
